We at YoungHearts are very passionate about what we do and will always strive to deliver quality products and a hassle free shopping experience. However, if you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, we do allow returns and exchanges within 3 business day’s after you have received your parcel. If we do not have the exact item in stock you can either choose a diﬀerent item of the same collection or we can refund you.
Once an order is paid, it cannot be cancelled. An order is only seen as an order once paid for in full. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include the original invoice send to you via email. Any product not in its original condition, that is damaged for reasons not due to YoungHearts error are not refundable. Should you expire the 3 day return policy, the item is not refundable.
Once we have received your return, we will inspect it to determine the approval or rejection of your refund. You will be notified via email within 5 business day’s after the receiving of your parcel.
If your return, refund or exchange is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. It is your sole responsibility to provide us with the correct banking details for your refund. We will send you the Proof of Payment once payment has been made. Please note that YoungHearts cannot be held laible for delay in payment due to the banks.
PLEASE NOTE: If your exchange is accepted, there will be a R100 handling fee which is a contribution toward the logistics around arranging collection of your original purchase and dispatch of your exchange thereafter.
YoungHearts cannot be held responsible for wrong shipping information provided by the buyer. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all information given is correct and legal.
YoungHearts cannot be held responsible for delay in delivery due to the courier agency. If you are experiencing problems with tracking your parcel, please email us at email@example.com and we will make work of it.
